Kristin earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and went on to complete a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University. She is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She has taught group classes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Kristin is passionate about helping clients reach their personal goals and create meaningful change. Before starting her current practice, she worked at the Counseling Center at BYU–Hawaii, where she supported students from all over the world. Kristin holds a strong belief in the resilience and potential for growth within every individual. Kristin is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loves spending time with her seven kids and awesome husband.
